Note 12 - Subsequent Events

The Company has evaluated events that occurred through November 14, 2024, the date that the financial statements were issued, and determined that there have been no events that have occurred that would require adjustments to the Company’s disclosures in the financial statements other than as follows. Subsequent to September 30, 2024, the Company entered into three colocation services and supporting connectivity agreements in data centers in the United Kingdom. These agreements commence in 2025, have a term of three years, and the Company is obligated to pay $11,422 per month.
