GARDEN CITY, NY -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 11/05/09 -- Data Storage Corporation (OTCBB: DTST) announces the creation of a Board of Advisors. Comprised of individuals well known in their respective fields, the new Advisory Board will provide Data Storage Corporation's governing body with their expertise and consultation in several areas, including strategic long term planning.

With the creation of the Board of Advisors, Data Storage Corporation appoints the first four members.
Jeff Amorosana is an experienced technology strategist and operator with a proven ability to lead ground-breaking business initiatives, articulate go-to-market tactics, forge inventive partnerships, and present compelling business propositions to partners, vendors and investors alike. He has extensive industry experience in traditional media, new media, and IP/telecom infrastructure and now is embarking on a new technological venture in the alternative energy industry as a senior executive at Mercury Solar Systems. His passion is disruptive technologies in a start-up/entrepreneurial environment.
Tom Dwyer is the liaison to East Williston, Williston Park, Mineola, Albertson and Roslyn Heights. In this capacity he works closely with civic and community groups as well as Village Officials. He is also the Town's representative to the Ecological committee and the Technology committee. He was appointed to the Town Board on January 29, 2002. Councilman Dwyer's professional experience has concentrated in two specific areas: economic development and municipal finance. As a Financial Analyst at UDC, Councilman Dwyer reviewed and analyzed annual budgets for UDC and all subsidiaries. In addition, Councilman Dwyer developed policies and procedures for New York State economic development loan programs. As an Investment Banker for a boutique firm in NYC, Councilman Dwyer advises clients regarding long-term capital programs and short-term capital needs. He also develops strategies with the use of financial products to reduce debt burden of municipal issuers throughout the Northeast.
Scott Einiger is a senior partner and director of the New York City Health Law Practice at Abrams, Fensterman, Fensterman, Eisman, Greenberg, Formato & Einiger, LLP with extensive experience in health care law. He frequently represents physicians in professional conduct investigations, the purchase, sale and integration of medical practices, insurance fraud investigations, managed care disputes, transactional work, regulatory compliance, and malpractice defense litigation. As a leader in his field, Mr. Einiger is Special Counsel to The New York County Medical Society and General Counsel to The American Academy of Psychoanalysis. He has recently been made counsel to the New York Society of Gastroenterology. He was also part of a comprehensive risk management/quality assurance program designed to reduce liability risks for health care professionals and hospitals insured with the Medical Liability Mutual Insurance Company, where he was counsel for 15 years.
Steven Krieger, an attorney, builder and developer of commercial properties and multi-family housing, has been involved in the real estate industry since 1986. He has applied his legal expertise and experience in exploring opportunities that extend beyond strict property law -- building, developing and managing numerous real estate ventures. He has managed retail and office buildings for private and institutional owners, including ABN-AMRO Bank. Co-founder of The Engel Burman Group, Steven has spearheaded acquisitions and financing for The Engel Burman group with successes that include the first attainment of IDA funds for an Assisted Living Community in New York State. His expertise in the procurement of approvals from municipalities and other governing bodies led to the largest FAR variance ever granted in the Town of Hempstead. Steven is a founder and executive board member of The Long Island Real Estate Group, and is also a president of Friends Assisting Nassau Seniors (FANS), a not-for-profit eldercare organization.
